Data we collect
We only collect the data you share with us on this site:
- Class request (Inquire): name, email, WhatsApp (optional), type of practice and of yoga, number of people, preferred date and area, and any message you wish to add.
- Contact form: name, email, phone, service of interest and your message.
- Upcoming class alerts: your email address only.
Health data
If you share information about injuries, physical limitations or health conditions in your message, we will treat it as sensitive personal data: we will only use it to adapt and take care of your practice and will not share it with third parties. Sharing it is voluntary and, by doing so, you consent to its processing for that purpose. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
In addition, the site anonymously records visits to its pages (page visited, browser type and IP address) to understand which content is viewed. We do not use this information to identify you.
What we use your data for
- Responding to your request or message and coordinating the class you asked for.
- Adapting the class to your level, injuries or needs that you tell us about.
- Confirming, rescheduling or cancelling a class.
- Sending you notices about new classes and events, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the technical providers needed to operate the site, such as the hosting service and the email delivery service, which process the data solely to provide that service to us. Beyond this, we will only share it if required by a competent authority.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected] with the subject "ARCO rights". We will respond as soon as possible.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a technical session cookie and local storage in your browser to remember your preferences (language and acceptance of this notice). We do not use advertising cookies.
